The World Series of Poker is putting real money behind dealer feedback this summer. WSOP announced that its new Dealer Rating System on WSOP Live will include $100,000 in rewards for the highest-rated dealers across the series.
In the breakdown shared on X, WSOP said each bracelet event will allocate $1,000 to dealers based on player ratings: $500 for first, $300 for second, and $200 for third. Spread across the full schedule, the program totals six figures, which is a meaningful pool for the people running the games on the floor.
Last week, we announced the Dealer Rating System coming to WSOP Live. Here’s the breakdown: we’re adding $100,000 in rewards for top rated dealers this summer.

For players, the move is more than a perk. A transparent rating option gives the community a structured way to reward dealers who keep games moving, handle tough rulings calmly, and create a welcoming atmosphere, especially during long days deep into a series.
For WSOP, it is also a signal. With summer field sizes and a packed bracelet slate, the live experience matters. Incentives tied to service can help retention among experienced dealers and encourage consistency across venues and shifts.
WSOP has not yet outlined exactly how ratings will be submitted or moderated in practice, but with the series approaching quickly, expect more operational details to land soon as WSOP Live ramps up for the summer grind.
