The World Series of Poker is getting a major international broadcast boost: Warner Bros. Discovery has agreed a three-year partnership to bring WSOP Main Event programming to audiences across Europe, Asia and Latin America.
The news jumped onto poker fans’ radar after Daniel Negreanu flagged it as a big update for viewers outside the United States. For many players and fans, broadcast access is not just a convenience. It is how they follow storylines, learn formats, and stay connected to the series when they cannot make it to Las Vegas.
According to the announcement, the deal will include six 45-minute highlight shows across the WSOP Main Event (scheduled for July 2 to July 13) and the final table (August 3 to August 5). In Europe and Asia, the programs will air on Eurosport. In the UK and Ireland, TNT Sports will carry the coverage, and the final table is set to be shown live on those outlets.
Big WSOP News for many of you outside of the US!

The agreement also adds a streaming angle. The press release notes that the shows will be available on-demand via HBO Max across Europe, while Latin America will get daily 15-minute highlight programs on the Space channel throughout the Main Event and final table window.
For poker, this kind of distribution matters. Wider access can turn deep runs into recognizable narratives, give casual viewers a reason to track the bracelet race, and provide more visibility for players, sponsors and the WSOP brand itself. With Main Event dates on the calendar, the big question now is how quickly international audiences start treating WSOP episodes like appointment viewing again.
