A former world-class backgammon player and youth tennis champion, he turned pro in poker in 1997, becoming the first to win three World Poker Tour open titles between 2002-2004, the 2007 Aussie Millions Main Event for A$1.5 million (~$1.2M USD), and featuring prominently on shows like High Stakes Poker and Poker After Dark.
Notable: First player to win three WPT open titles (2002 Five Diamond WPT, 2003 LA Poker Classic, 2004 PCA).
