Cary Steven Katz is an American businessman and high-stakes poker tournament player. He founded College Loan Corporation, a major student loan provider, and later Poker Central, which launched the PokerGO streaming service, creating high roller events like Super High Roller Bowl and Poker Masters. Katz began competitive live tournaments in 2004, amassing over $42 million in earnings, primarily from high roller events in Las Vegas. In 2025, he won his first WSOP bracelet in a $2,500 No-Limit Hold'em Freezeout event.
